This is a 37 year old patient who wanted fuller, natural, proportional breast augmentation.  After she had children and weight loss she wanted to regain some of the firmness and fullness that she had lost.  She chose to get ergonomic Motiva breast implants.  Motiva implants come in both round and ergonomic styles.  The round gives a more augmented look with more upper pole fullness and the ergonomic moves more naturally with a softer more natural upper pole.  She is shown here before and after 6 weeks of subfascial muscle sparing breast augmentation with 360cc Motiva Demi profile breast implants via crease incisions.
