Andrea Conway
Physician Assistant / Injector

Andrea Conway is an experienced plastic surgery physician assistant. She prioritizes patient safety over all else and prides herself on patient satisfaction. Dr. Sorokin welcomed her to his practice in 2021 based on these qualities and also because of her artistic eye and abilities!

Andrea, who often goes by the nickname Dre, received her Bachelor of Science at University of Massachusetts, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She then received her Physician Assistant training at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. After working at the Children’s Hospital of Boston, she transitioned to a position in plastic surgery in North Andover, Massachusetts before moving to New Jersey, where she worked under a highly-respected plastic surgeon in North Jersey.

She is well-versed in the multiple products that we use as injectables and has extensive experience with the lasers in our practice. She particularly enjoys the combination of science, medicine, and artistry involved with injectables and aesthetic medicine. She is also a proponent of the importance of laser resurfacing procedures as stand-alone treatments or adjuvants to other cosmetic procedures.

When she’s not working, she continues her artistic outlook on life, drawing beautiful artwork. She enjoys horseback riding and is an avid runner. It is amazing that she can do all of this as a young mother and wife! She clearly excels at multitasking!

Lauren Bitar

Lauren Bitar
Registered Nurse

Hi, I’m Lauren. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Temple University. I later graduated from Drexel University Magna cum laude with Bachelors in Nursing Science.  I am finishing my AGNP at LaSalle University on August 26th.

I worked on a SICU where I would handle oncologic plastics and reconstructive surgical patients. It was sad but rewarding. I joined Dr Sorokin’s practice in 2020. I am so happy to be a part of the DVPS family. It’s a rarity when you can say you have found a job you love…it is even more rare when you can say you truly love your boss and coworkers! We are family. I LOVE SURGERY, all of it! I love all our surgical procedures. The OR is a magical place. It is hard to say what my favorite surgical procedure is. What I can say is the most satisfying thing doc does is during an abdominoplasty; the plication of diastasis recti is incredible. My favorite non surgical procedure is Botox… of course. A very close second is any treatment Alese provides or product she recommends! She has changed my skin.

Christine

Christine Walter
Medical Assistant

Hi, I am a medical assistant at Medspa 1722. I help Dr. Sorokin with procedures as well as help patients pre- and post-operatively. I help to prepare and maintain rooms, equipment and supplies for patient care. I also assist and advise patients on what to expect before and after injectable and laser treatments. I also treat patients with our Coolsculpting, Emsculpt and Cooltone machines.

I have been with DVPS since 2017, I am so happy that I have found a role in a practice that I absolutely love and enjoy!

Best part about my job:
The relationships I have made with my coworkers as well as patients, and the pure happiness I get to witness after their surgery.

My favorite surgical procedure:
The breast lift and abdominoplasty. It amazes me how Dr. Sorokin can transform someone after pregnancies or major weight loss to giving the patient a beautiful hourglass figure.

Jordan

Jordan Green
Medical Assistant

Hi l’m Jordan, I’m one of the medical assistants here at Dr Sorokins office. I recently joined Dr Sorokin and his staff this past summer. Prior to joining the practice I worked in a hospital on the oncology floor as a critical care technician. The best part of my job is being able to help patients feel confident in their skin, while Dr Sorokin and his staff enhance one’s natural beauty.

My favorite non surgical procedure is lip filler. I love the instant results you get. I have two small children at home, when I’m not in the office my time is spent with them and my husband. We enjoy days by the pool and at the beach.

Neza

Neza
Medical Technician

Hi, I’m Neza- like Asia with an N. I am one of the Medical Technicians at DVPS. Prior to beginning in plastic surgery in January 2023 at DVPS, I studied psychology and public health at Drexel University. After graduating in 2018, I attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine for my Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences. Hopefully I will be starting physician assistant school later this year!

I have always been interested in medicine, so when the opportunity to work in plastic surgery arose, I immediately jumped! My work in orthopedic surgery, emergency medicine, and role as an anatomy teaching assistant have really set me up for the incredible world of plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine.

What I love most about working at DVPS is:
The unique opportunity to work and learn plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine from Dr. Sorokin, Dre, Lauren, and the DVPS staff.

The funniest thing Dr. Sorokin does:
He loves to try to play jokes on all of the staff but he just can’t fool me! I always know when he’s trying to pull a fast one on me. Maybe he’ll get me one day…

What I can’t live without:
Tons of laughter, skiing, and my sweetest Cane Corso Mastiff, Savannah!!

Victoria

Victoria
Receptionist

Hi, I’m Victoria. I’ve worked with Dr. Sorokin since 2013. I took a little time off after having 3 babies and I’m so happy to be back. You’ll see me at the front desk, helping patients check in and answering any questions they may have. I’ve had a long history of working in plastics. I love the art of this science—making people feel beautiful on the outside is a huge confidence booster. I’m so happy to have a small part in our patients’ process of looking and feeling better!

The best part of my job is:
The amazing relationships I’ve made here. The girls are great and Dr. Sorokin is the most kind, generous person to work for.

My favorite procedure is:
I have SO many favorites but #1 is the tummy tuck. Dr. Sorokin changes lives with this procedure. From a patient’s consultation, where most people wear a baggy shirt to cover their belly area, to their six week post-op, where they’re wearing a tight shirt and so much more confidence. It’s a great process to see!

What I can’t live without:
I can’t live without bread (maybe let’s just say carbs in general).
