This is a lovely 30 year old patient who wanted proportional, perky breast enhancement. She started as a small B cup and wanted to be just a bit larger and very proportional. Muscle sparing breast augmentation is a major change in technique in recent years and allows implants to be placed subfascial in order to minimize things like animation deformity and allow patients to return to any and all chest exercise. With newer Motiva breast implants this has become a reality that I am comfortable doing for many patients, especially those that like to work-out. In the past the capsular contracture rates of older generations of breast implants meant that most surgeons would place almost all implants submuscular. Here I placed Motiva Round Demi Silicone breast implants 340cc and she is shown here before and 6 weeks later with a beautiful result. Many people are worried that subfascial round implants will look super fake and this is simply not the case as shown here!
