They say all good things come to an end and I tell all prospective breast augmentation patients that implants are not designed to nor meant to last forever. This 42 year old came to see me with a deflation of her right breast implant. These are great images that I am so grateful that she let me share to show what a deflation in a saline breast implant typical looks like. She is shown here several days after noticing the right implant was losing volume. She decided to replace the implants with silicone during this revision as they tend to feel softer and more natural.
