These photos before and after are a bit more zoomed in than usual as I do not like showing tattoos in my before and after photos as I believe they can reveal the identity of the patient and that would be inappropriate unless they told me they were fine with it.  This patient consented to using her photos but asked that I try to blur her photos.  Thus I obscured the tattoos but also am only showing certain views of her beautiful result.  The before images are very commonly how hormones have increased the size of natural breast tissue but not to the size she would like to be.  These are 535cc high profile gummy bear cohesive breast implants in a subfascial location at 6 weeks giving a beautiful, proportional result with a nice natural shape.
