This is a 25 year old transgender female patient who came to me desiring breast enhancement top surgery. She wanted to be on the fuller side of proportional. I explained that there are of course limitations to how large I can safely go and on a petite frame going larger requires a higher profile implant in order to deliver volume. She is shown here before and after subfascial placement of Motiva round full 315cc breast implants via crease incisions with a beautiful early result. She is very happy with her transformation!
