This patient had breast augmentation 10 years previously with 325cc saline implants.  She was upset with the droop and separation of the implants as well as their feel.  I switched her to 605cc on the right and 560cc on the left to address asymmetry and placed SCF highly cohesive Allergan Natrelle breast implants along with a vertical mastopexy to improve the shape of her breasts.
