This 23 year old patient is shown before and after placement of 450cc Allergan SoftTouch Smooth Round Gummy Silicone Breast Implants via crease incisions. She wanted a proportion plus full appearance from her small A starting point. In very lean patients like this silicone is nicer because it tends to have less rippling and feel much more natural. Saline implants when they don't have much soft tissue coverage (natural breast tissue or body fat) tend to have much more rippling and do not feel as natural.
