This patient came in requesting a proportional breast enhancement. She was afraid of being too large but also wanted to have some nice cleavage after augmentation. She is petite and at 5 foot 2 inches didn't want to be overpowered by very large breasts. She is shown here at 5 weeks after placement of 295cc Allergan Softtouch gummy silicone breast implants under the muscle and while they have not settled all of the way this early postoperatively they already have a beautiful proportional shape and size. Her clothes fit better now, she is more comfortable in bathing suits, and she is very happy!
