This 30 year old lady came in requesting a propotional, natural appearing breast augmentation. She is shown before and 5 weeks after surgery. The implants are still a bit high and will continue to settle into place. I typically tell patients that it takes about 100 days to drop into place, or about 1% a day. Thus, in the side view especially they still appear a bit high in these early postop photos. She received 295cc SoftTouch Allergan Full profile SSF implants via a crease incision.
