This is a revision of a lady with both of her implants that were too low. It is always hard to know if they were placed too low by the original surgeon or simply her tissue was not strong enough to support them. The problem is the majority of the volume is below her nipples and if you see especially on the side views how high this makes the nipples, it will be difficult to wear a bra or bathing suit with nipples sneaking out. This is a major problem. In order to fix this the nipple doesn't need to be moved down, the implant needs to be moved up. I can do this either by tightening her tissue capsule with sutures, also known as an internal bra, or by doing this but also adding the support of an additional mesh. Mesh or biological supports come in synthetic mesh or cadaever skin, I prefer synthetic mesh such as Galaflex, however both work. Here she is shown (with her tattoos and jewelry digitally altered for privacy as I try to do in all of my photos) before and after revision. I placed Allergan SCF highly cohesive 450cc implant on the right and 485cc on the left to deal with some slight size asymmetry too. She is very happy with her revision result.
