This lady was unhappy with the appearance of her saline breast implants done by another surgeon and came in for breast augmentation revision options.  She did not like the rippling, the lateral "side-boob" and the lack of upper pole fullness and cleavage.  She wanted to be significantly larger.  She is shown before and after revision with pocket modifications and change to highly cohesive Allergan Gummy Silicone SCX700 implants.
