After 2 kids, 2 caesarian sections, and 120 pounds of weight loss this patient was frustrated that no matter how much exercise and dieting she did she could not loose the excess skin on her abdominal wall.  You can see the little shelf of skin over her c-section scar that is so problematic for so many patients.  This is a common problem that despite diet and exercise loose skin and muscle separation (diastasis recti) does not go away.  She is shown here before and 6 weeks after abdominoplasty with muscle repair and skin removal.
