Earlobe earring repairs are common.  Earring holes get stretched and then will not hold earrings properly.  Sometimes it is a small stretch that requires excision and closure and a relatively simple procedure.  Other times it can be pulled all of the way through or stretched out widely as in guaging.  This is a common problem seen in our office.
