This is a 50 year old patient that wanted her breasts lifted and reduced in size. She started with a DDD breast size and complained of back pain, shoulder pain, rashes under her breasts, difficulty with clothes and exercise and wanted to be a full C or a small D, basically proportional to her body. She is shown her after her breast reduction and is delighted with her early result.
