This 47 year old lady was looking for a lift. I explained options in mastopexy including lifts with and without implants. We decided to use a small 200cc implant just to replace lost upper pole fullness without adding much to her size. She is shown here before and 2 months after her lift. Incisions are still pink and will continue to fade over the next year.
