Sometimes you need a lift.  Unfortunately this is a patient that came to see me after breast enhancement by another local plastic surgeon. Her saline implants did nothing to mask her droopiness which was her major issue.  I explained that the only way to fix the appearance would be to do a lift. While most women do not want the additional incisions of a lift, sometimes it is the best option. Scars fade and to most women are a reasonable tradeoff for breasts that are positioned properly. She is shown her before and after her mastopexy breast revision.
