This is a 26 year old patient whose major concern was the droopiness in her breasts.   She had a baby and was left with loss of the shape and perkiness of her breasts.  This is very common after pregnancy and weight loss.  She is almost the type of presenting shape that might "get away" without doing a lift and thus avoiding the scars but this would not address her major concerns which were asymmetry and droop.  Simply putting in implants often leads to a bigger droopy breast and that is exactly what this patient did not want and thus was willing to accept the permanent scars involved in a mastopexy.  She received 305cc Sientra moderate plus gummy bear breast implants.  She is shown here at 6 weeks.  She will continue to improve and the scars will likely take about 9 months until they fade to more discrete white lines.  She is very happy with her early result!
