This is a 45 year old patient with 475cc breast implants from years ago who now has some droop to her breasts and would like to be smaller and perkier.  She was downsized with a change from 475cc to 165cc.  A 310cc change like this cannot get someone from a G cup to a B/C cup and a good portion of the downsizing was removing natural breast tissue that has become droopy over time.  She is delighted with her early result.
