This is a 24-year-old lady who desired larger, fuller breasts. She actually had this procedure done in two stages to get this much volume and is shown in the revision breast augmentation section patient as going from 375cc silicone breast implants to her current 600cc silicone implants. She is shown here before and after 600cc implants. If a patient wants to have very large implants and is small with tight tissue sometimes it is necessary to go up in stages to allow the breast and muscle to stretch and accomodate around the implant. She did hers two years apart to reach her ultimate goal shown.
