This lovely patient came to see me after years of hormone therapy had yielded some some increase in breast tissue but not the proportionally full breasts that she desired. After placement of 650cc Allergan Softtouch SSF implants above the muscle via a crease incision her result is beautiful. In transgender patients I will often place the implants above the muscle as the natural pectoralis can distort the shape of the breasts and I can obtain better full in this location.
