This is a 46 year old patient who was tired of her large breasts hurting her shoulders and causing back pain.  They were too large to be proportional to her frame and goal was to go to a proportional, natural breast size and shape.   Part of any reduction is a lift as a big part of her concern is the position on the chest wall.  They are low and point downward and as part of reducing size they are also lifted and repositioned with an anchor incision mastopexy. She is shown here before and after her breast reduction approximately 2 months after her surgery and is delighted with the early result.s.
