These are before and after photographs of a mastopexy without implants breast lift shown 6 weeks after surgery. It is very useful to see what can be achieved when there is bery little natural breast tissue left and a patient does not want an implant. The nice thing about an implant is the upper pole fullness it provides that is lacking here. Sometimes fat transfer can be used but a donor site of good fat is necessary in this situation.
