This is a 32 year old patient who came to me after weight loss looking to achieve full, proportional breasts. She has volume loss and a little bit of sag at the base of her breasts. She is shown here before and after breast augmentation with 375cc full profile Motiva silicone breast implants in subfascial pockets. She has a small amount of sag and while a lift could be considered to address this one has to consider the incisions and permanent scars involved with the lift versus accepting a small amount of residual sag as shown here. This patient is very happy with her results at 6 weeks.
