This is a 23 year old patient who came to me stating that she wanted to have proportional, full breasts and wanted to be able to fill out bikinis and dresses. In her words she waited for them to start developing throughout high school but they never did and now she wanted to have more than an A cup to feel more proportional and more feminine. She is shown here before and after rapid recovery breast augmentation using muscle sparing subfascial technique via crease incisions. I used 295cc Motiva RSF round full profile breast implants to deliver a nice symmetric result. *tattoos have been digitally altered for privacy
