This 25 year old patient came to me for proportional, full breast implants. She wanted to fill out clothes better and look great in a bikini without looking huge or disproportionate. She is shown here before and after breast augmentation via crease incisions under the muscle with Sientra Style 106 gummy bear cohesive 415cc high profile breast implants. At 6 weeks she is still in the dropping and fluffing settling phase as I tell patients it takes about 100 days. She already loves her results and will enjoy them more and more as they soften and settle into place.
