This pleasant 30 year old lady came to see me for breast augmentation. She starts with a bit of sag to her preoperative breasts and we discussed whether or not to do a lift. A lift would be great for her to reposition some of her loose skin. That being said she is very scared about the potential scars and she is willing to accept that the breast will be somewhat lowered in position if I just placed implants. This is a common problem for some patients who present at the borderline of should she or should she not do a lift. Lifts are great, but they do leave scarring. She is shown here before and after subfascial placement of Motiva Round 380cc breast implants and is very happy with the results.
