This is a lovely 30 year old patient who wanted proportional, natural looking breast enhancement. Being smaller chested her whole life she felt uncomfortable in bathing suits and not filling out dresses. This is such a common complaint that I see where women just feel they can't properly fill out clothes and just want to have natural proportional curves.
