This is before and after of a breast enhancement I did for this lovely patient. She wanted to be a little on the fuller side from the A cup she was starting with. She is shown before and after at 6 weeks placement of Motiva RSF 425cc SmoothSilk Round Full profile breast implants in a submuscular position. Motiva breast implants are the only sixth generation breast implants available on the market in the United States and my patients love the soft, natural durable results that they deliver. I tell all of my patients that it takes around 100 days for the implants to fully soften and settle into place especially when they are under the muscle. These early postoperative photos show a beautiful early result but as you can see in the side views they have not fully dropped into place quite yet. She is delighted with her new figure and enjoying the results!
