This is a pleasant 24 year old patient who felt that her breasts were disproportionate to the rest of her body.  She was always wearing padded bras and wanted to feel more proportional.  She is shown here before and after placement of Motiva RSD Round Demi 360cc implants in a submuscular under the muscle location.  Motiva breast implants are a sixth generation breast implant FDA approved for use in the United States in 2024.  Prior this they had been used throughout the world for 14 years with over 4 million implants placed.  They have an innovative SmoothSilk shell which causes the body to react with less inflammation around the implant.  To date there has never been a known case of BIA-ALCL associated with this implant shell.  The implant also features a Monobloc technology where the silicone gel is more integrated as one unit with the implant shell.  BluSeal is an additional technology in these implants that allows the surgeon to visually confirm integrity of the shell before and during implant placement.   The leakage rate of these implants as well as the capsular contracture rates of these Motiva Breast Implants are also significantly lower than previous generations of breast implants available in the USA.  This patient is delighted with her early result and should enjoy these implants for many years!
