This 46 year old patient was bothered by loose skin and muscle separation after multiple pregnancies including a set of twins.  An abdominoplasty addresses three things:  1) Loose or excess skin, 2) Muscle separation (diastasis recti) and 3) Excess fat.  While an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) requires a large incision and involves a significant recovery it provides a dramatically flatter abdomen.  This patient is shown before and after her tummy tuck and is delighted with the result.
